Now — 30 September 2026Each nomination receives a public link on the CompliMentor platform. Users can endorse nominations with a written compliment of minimum 50 words. Endorsement count and quality contribute to shortlisting.
September 2026The CompliMentor jury reviews all submissions holistically. A shortlist of top nominees per category is announced publicly. Shortlisted nominees are notified by email.
October 2026Five category winners revealed via LinkedIn Live ceremony. Winner profiles featured permanently on the CompliMentor platform with a Gold Badge, feature article, and full recognition package.
December 2026Every Season 1 winner receives a full recognition package — designed to extend the moment of recognition far beyond the announcement.
